General Cancellation & Reschedule Notes
SWISS cancellation terms rise with the fare within each cabin: Economy Light is non-refundable, Classic and Business Saver are refundable with a fee, and the Flex fares are the most refundable. First follows the same saver-to-flex pattern. Unused statutory taxes are refundable regardless of fare. Exact amounts depend on the fare and route and are shown at booking and in Manage Booking.
Changes are most expensive on Economy Light and get cheaper up each ladder, with the Flex fares the most flexible; a fare difference may still apply. On tickets to or from the USA or Canada, the first carrier's baggage rules can apply to the whole itinerary. Confirm the exact change rules and fees at booking.
Consumer protections: Statutory government taxes are typically refundable on request even for non-refundable fares. EU261 (for EU departures), US DOT rules (for US departures) and similar consumer-protection regulations may also apply to your booking.
